Non-sports stuff I've written

In 2003, I founded Progressive Boink with Brandon Stroud, Nick Dallamora, and Justin O'Connor. Some of the things I wrote there had a short shelf life, some of it depended on the sort of context that was only established with regular readership, and some of it sucked by any measure.

There are, though, some things I wrote that I'm still really proud of.

Recurring features:

The Hangin' Out Gang (2005-07). A collaboration with Progressive Boink friends Justin and Kyle. People sometimes say, "I don't get it." There is honestly nothing to get.
Stories of Intrigue (2008-10). A project with some friends, inspired in part by awful writing we've read in high school/college writer's workshops.

One-off articles:

The LiveJournal Of Gwydion From King's Quest III (2004).
Mike Jones: An Album Retrospective (2005). A faux-retrospective of the musical career of rapper Mike Jones.
Jesus, Bill, And The Human Condition (2006). A testament to my ability follow through on a quest, no matter how tedious, if it's dumb enough.
Excerpts From A Recipe Book Written By A 19-Year-Old Who Just Got His Own Place (2010).
Your Weekend With An Old Friend From High School (2010).
