I've been writing on the Internet since 2002, first on E/N sites, then on a site I founded, then on other peoples' sports blogs, and now on a sports site as an editor. It isn't until September of 2011, nearly ten years (holy shit) after I started writing online and taking it seriously, that I've started my very own blog.
Briefly: I'm 28 years old, I live in Louisville, Kentucky, and I'm an associate editor for SB Nation, the greatest sports site in the universe. I take sports extremely seriously, and if you disagree with my sports opinions, I will find you and kill you in real life!*
I reckon this blog to be a place to write whatever I want (maybe sports-related, maybe not), plug the things I write on SB Nation and elsewhere, and post things I find that are funny and/or interesting.
The image at the top of this blog is an unedited screencap I took while watching streaming video of the 2011 NBA Finals. At that moment, the feed was breaking up and the picture was getting really screwy. I saved it because I thought it looked neat.
